Covid-19 Update

Attend with confidence

The health of all stakeholders is of paramount importance to Automotive Management Live and the show’s parent company Bauer Media.

The Coronavirus situation is constantly evolving, so the team behind the show is closely monitoring the situation and all official Government advice will be followed.

Mindful of Automotive Management Live’s duty of care, the event’s organisers are consulting with experts about appropriate sanitary and health measures and can assure that all appropriate precautionary steps will be taken to match guidance at the time of the live event.

Bauer’s B2B events team has already successfully held Company Car in Action and Rail Live in June this year, both of which were in-person shows on location and included involvement from both Local authorities to ensure necessary steps were in place.

All seminar sessions will have enhanced clearing of all public areas, socially distanced seating (if still required), there will be ample sanitiser stations and every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all those in attendance.

This is being reviewed on a weekly basis. We are working closely with the Association of Event Organisers alongside other event organisers for industry best practice and everything is in consultation with Government.
