MotorDocs, automotive digital document solutions provider, launches its new brand and two new products at Automotive Management Live.

Specially designed to digitally manage aftersales documentation iServiceFile sits alongside its well established iDealFile product which provides a similar service for sales teams. Its new secure file sharing facility for use with iDealFile and iServiceFile, iShare will be launched alongside the new digital service offering at the event.

The rebranding includes the launch of a new website www.motordocs.co.uk which will be live shortly before the expo takes place.

Automotive Management Live represents the first time the new products and company branding will be seen in a live setting by key players from the automotive industry making the event hugely significant for MotorDocs.

More than digital document storage, MotorDocs products can unlock powerful business intelligence to help dealer teams work quicker, safer and smarter at an unprecedented time of challenge for the sector by helping to speed up processes and deliver a clear audit trail in an increasingly regulated industry.

MotorDocs’ suite of cloud-based products means sales and service departments can remove large volumes of paperwork from the dealership, introduce digital document workflows by collating information from multiple sources, unlock powerful business intelligence, and improve efficiencies, compliance, profitability, customer experience and environmental impact.

Time savings of between two and four hours per deal file and cash savings of at least £4 per deal file have already been proven with iDealFile thanks to reduced print, paper, storage and retrieval costs. Designed by automotive aftersales experts, iServiceFile introduces the benefits of digital document management to the aftersales department. MotorDocs new file sharing platform, iShare makes it easy for dealer teams to send and receive important customer documents – with the ability to collect e-signatures on demand.

Managing director Ritchie Kelk said: “As profit margins continue to be squeezed and compliance challenges weigh ever heavier, it’s important that dealers have the tools they need to work as efficiently and securely as possible.

“We look forward to unveiling the new branding and product developments at AM Live 2019 – showcasing the positive commercial benefits of fully-integrated intelligent digital document management.”

Designed to reflect the company’s ‘less is more’ ethos, the updated branding will be very much apparent on the MotorDocs Stand C28 alongside demonstrations of its complete product suite.
